Ingredients
Medecinal Ingredient: Hydrolyzed collagen from bovine skin, Glucosamine Hydrochloride (Crab and shrimp exoskeleton).
Non medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, Vegetable magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide.
Dosage
The recommended dosage is to take 3 to 4 capsules daily. Two (2) capsules in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast and 1 or 2 capsules at bedtime.
