Ingredients
Medicinal Ingredient: Hydrolyzed collagen from bovine skin, Lysine (L-lisine monohydrochloride), Vitamin C (10mg). Non medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, Glycine, L-proline, L-Leucine, Vegetable magnesium stearate, Sillica.
Dosage
For individuals aged over fourteen the recommended daily dosage is 3 to 4 capsules, preferably taken before bedtime.
